PRESS RELEASE
On April 16th, 2017 the New York State Police in Kingston arrested Douglas H. Lackner, age 74 of Lake Katrine, NY for Public Lewdness (a misdemeanor), following a report of a male masturbating in front of a woman at the Town of Hurley Rail Trail. Lackner was charged with Public Lewdness and issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Hurley Court on May 5, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.
