State Police in Troop K removes twenty impaired drivers from public roadways over April 13th, 2019, weekend.

On April 12, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Barbara M. Hensel, age 54, of Ridgefield, CT, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony. She was traveling on Danbury Road in the town of Southeast, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 12, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Sharon Y. Eady, age 52, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for Aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, a class E felony. She was traveling on Church Street in the city of Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 12, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Christopher P. Taber, age 26, of Hyde Park, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Noxon Road in the town of Lagrange, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Stormville arrested William E. Denyse, age 46, of Nutley, NJ, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the city of Beacon, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Myron T. Moye, age 35, of Kingston, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Academy Street in the city of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Damian Duguid, age 41, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 55 in the city of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Patrick K. Eve, age 36, of Beacon, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Dover Plains arrested Kenneth O. Lopez Ramos, age 29, of Dover, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 22 in the town of Dover, when he was reported by employees for sleeping in the parking lot a Mobil station after arrival. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested Adiana E. Clarke, age 37, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWAI Drugs with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Use of a Vehicle without an Interlock Device, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on State Route 9G in the town of Hyde Park, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs, possessed approximately 10mg of Diazepam, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested John T. Dowling, age 22, of Watertown, CT, for DWI, and Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 5th Degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 66 in the village of Chatham, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, possessed more than 25 grams of marijuana, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Dover Plains arrested Michael A. Hoffman, age 23, of Millerton, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Amenia, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 13, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested David Bilichuk, age 40, of Carmel, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. He was traveling on Main Street in the village of Brewster, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with children in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 14, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Dorian J. Dorsey, age 28, of Katonah, NY, for DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, and Resisting Arrest, all misdemeanors. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, possessed concentrated cannabis, and had three of more suspensions on his license. Dorsey resisted but was subsequently arrested.
On April 14, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Hannah N. Wotherspoon, age 25, of Woodstock, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on North 7th Street in the city of Hudson, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 14, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Tara C. Williams, age 38, of Rhinebeck, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on South Broadway in the town of Redhook, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Pawling, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 14, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Shivinan Rajcumar, age 32, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Wappinger, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 14, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Haris Mehovic, age 23, of Plainville, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
