PEEKSKILL WOMAN ARRESTED FOR DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE

Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. reports the arrest of a Peekskill woman for driving with a suspended license. On April 9, 2019, at approximately 1:55 p.m., Deputy Kevin Radovich observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on State Route 9, in the Town of Philipstown. Deputy Radovich initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle. The computer check revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Marlo Pavone, age 51, of Peekskill, had a suspended New York State Driver’s License (7 active suspensions on 3 separate dates). Ms. Pavone was placed under arrest for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor). Ms. Pavone was arrest processed at the scene, issued an appearance ticket, and released on her own recognizance. Ms. Pavone is scheduled to appear in the Town of Philipstown Justice Court, at a future date and time.
