Kingston man arrested for endangering the welfare of a child at the Astor Home in Rhinebeck

Rhinebeck, New York – On April 4, 2019, the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Rey Ortiz, age 42, of Kingston, NY, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
An investigation revealed Ortiz kicked a child victim while employed at the Astor Home in Rhinebeck.
Ortiz was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the village of Rhinebeck Court on April 11, 2019, at 4:00 p.m.
