On April 5, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Steven M. Erker, age 31, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Old Croton Falls Road in the town of Somers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 5, 2019, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Joseph A. Policicchio, age 31, of San Diego, CA, for DWI, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7thdegree, both misdemeanors, and Disorderly Conduct, a violation. He was located at Loves Travel Plaza on State Route 22 in the town of Canaan, and was the subject of a suspicious person complaint for throwing a large amount of trash on the pavement. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, in possession of concentrated cannabis, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Michael W. Gerlach, age 51, of Loris, SC, for DWI. He was traveling on County Route 19 in the town of Livingston, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Jennifer J. Lopez, age 34, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on North James Street in the city of Peekskill, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Rodrick Q. Pixley, age 56, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in the city of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Erica T. Johnson, age 25, of Pittsburgh, PA, for DWI. She was traveling on Mansion Street in the city of Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP Somers arrested Jose F. Lemus Santos, age 36, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 118 in the town of Somers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Zachary Salvia, age 27, of Mount Kisco, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Fernando J. Mejia Geraldino, age 19, of Fishkill, NY, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Noah R. Magsamen, age 36, of Montgomery, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, and drove off the roadway into an embankment. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Charles O. Radier, age 59, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI with a prior conviction, a class E felony. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

She was traveling on the Taconic in the town of Lagrange, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 6, 2019, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Kenneth L. Baccaro, age 51, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI, a misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony. He was traveling on State Route 66 in the village of Chatham, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, possessed approximately 1 gram of cocaine, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Rufino Mendez Vega, age 40, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Clairmonte O. Jordan, age 61, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Quincy I. Adamson, age 32, of New York, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the city of Yonkers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Matthew G. Maleska, age 25, of Patterson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Eddie J. Miranda, age 48, of Carmel, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Carmel, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Erik Rosales Avila, age 22, of Washington, NY, for DWI, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, all misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Pleasant Valley, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Wilson G. Tigre Sumba, age 25, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Livingston arrested James R. Coxon, age 29, of Greenport, NY, for DWAI Drugs, a misdemeanor, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor. He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Copake, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and in possession of approximately 1.2 grams of crack-cocaine.
On April 7, 2019, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested Amanda L. Matthews, age 36, of Hyde Park, NY, for DWAI Drugs with a prior conviction, a class E felony. She was traveling on Newington Drive in the town of Hyde Park, when she was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
