UPDATE:
State Police at Middletown continue to investigate a hit and run pedestrian fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred in Otisville, NY on the evening of Saturday, March 30, 2019. Investigators have determined that Kiera Babcock, age 34 of Otisville, NY was struck at approximately 11:15 p.m. while walking on State Street. Video surveillance near the accident scene indicates that the suspect vehicle is a dark pickup truck that was headed eastbound on State Street. The vehicle will have front-end damage. Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police at 845-344-5300. All calls will be kept confidential.

State Police at Middletown and Mount Hope PD are currently investigating a fatal hit-and-run Motor Vehicle Accident that occurred on State Street in the village of Otisville.
On Sunday, March 31, 2019, at approximately 7:00 AM, Kiera L. Babcock, age 34, from Otisville, N.Y. was found deceased on the side of the road after being struck by a motor vehicle late Saturday night. The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact SP Middletown at 845-344-5300.
