Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. reports the arrest of a Wappingers Falls man for driving with a revoked license. On March 4, 2019, at approximately 2:23 p.m., Deputy Kevin Radovich observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on State Route 9, in the Town of Philipstown. Deputy Radovich initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle. A check of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicle computer system revealed that the vehicle’s driver, David Avery, age 28, of Wappingers Falls, had a revoked Driver’s License.
