State Police arrest seven motorists for Driving While Intoxicated

On March 7, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Scott Pooters, age 29 of Earlton, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 81 in the town of Coxsackie when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 7, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Bruce Haeussler, age 60 of Earlton, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 385 in the town of Coxsackie when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 7, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Shayla Gaffney, age 22 of Kingston, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Abeel Street in the city of Kingston when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 8, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Julie Andersen, age 26 of Phoenix, AZ for DWI. She was traveling on Broadway in the city of Kingston when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 8, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Devon Peters, age 28 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 8, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested Charles Wigfall, age 47 of Nyack, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Ramapo when his vehicle became disabled. Troopers stopped to render assistance. While speaking with Wigfall, troopers determined that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On March 8, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Daniel Ramos, age 27 of North Bergen, NJ for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 32 in the town of Saugerties when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
