Teen arrested for sexual misconduct

Copake, New York – On March 7, 2019, the New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested an eighteen-year-old for Sexual Misconduct, a class A misdemeanor.
After being alerted by relatives of the victim, an investigation by the State Police and the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center revealed the eighteen-year-old engaged in a course of sexual misconduct with a victim under the age of sixteen-years-old.
The suspect was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Copake Court on March 25, 2019, 5:00 p.m.
