Jeannine M. Buehler, 84, a 56-year resident of Pawling, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at The Grand of Pawling.
Born in Enosburg, VT on December 23, 1934, she was the daughter of Omer and Agnes (Leville) Parent. Jeannine worked for many years as a clerk at the Village Pharmacy and in the office at Pawling Rubber, both is Pawling.
Jeannine was an avid knitter and made many beautiful knitted items for her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Kevin Reed and his wife, Joann, of Enosburg, VT; two daughters, Melody DeGrenier and her husband, Ray, of Wingdale, NY and Tammy Smith and her husband, Joe, of Enosburg Falls, VT; three brothers, Raymond and Roger Parent of Enosburg, VT and John Parent of Malone, NY; a sister, Madeline Davis, also of Malone; nine grandchildren; and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
She is predeceased by her two husbands, Rayburn Reed who passed away October 13, 1971 and Richard Buehler, her daughter Kathleen Sheldon, her brother Dennis Parent, and her grandson, Michael Smith, who passed away April 21, 2018.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John’s Church, Pawling at 10 AM May 4, 2019. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery.
