LAKE PEEKSKILL MAN ARRESTED ON AN OUTSTANDING WARRANT
Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. reports the arrest of a Lake Peekskill man on an outstanding warrant. On or about December 20, 2018 the Honorable Gina Capone signed a Warrant authorizing the arrest of Richard Lennox, age 28, of Lake Peekskill, on charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree (Misdemeanor), and 2 Traffic Infractions. On February 10, 2019, at approximately 1:32 pm, Deputy William Verrastro, who was investigating that warrant, went to a residence in the area of Lake Peekskill, Town of Putnam Valley where he located and subsequently arrested Mr. Lennox. Mr. Lennox was transported to the Putnam County Correctional Facility for arrest processing. He was later arraigned at the Town of Putnam Valley Justice Court where he was released on his own recognizance, pending a future court date.
