On February 8, 2019, State Police Haverstraw arrested James Lee, 31 of Northvale, NJ for DWI. Troopers responded to a CVS parking lot in the town of Orangeburg for a road rage incident. During the trooper’s interview of James Lee, the driver accused of throwing an item another vehicle, troopers determined that he was impaired by alcohol. Lee was subsequently arrested for DWI.
On February 8, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Paul Samwell, 47 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Hasbrouk Street in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. While speaking to the troopers, Samwell attempted to flee the scene on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, he was taken into custody and charged with DWI, Obstruction of Governmental Administration and Resisting Arrest, all misdemeanors.
On February 8, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Nicholas Cymbal, 24 of New Paltz, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Arch Street in the town of Gardiner when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 8, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Erin Cass, 42 of Kingston, NY for DWI. She was traveling on 9W in the town of Esopus when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 8, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Christopher Teitter, 31 of Saugerties, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 23 in the town of Saugerties when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 9, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested James Delaney, 26 of Warwick, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Kings Highway in the town of Warwick when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 9, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Lorenzo Bazan, 58 of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Water Street in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 9, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Parrish Bennett, 24 of Poughkeepsie, NY for DWI. He was traveling on 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 9, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested John Brudermann, 50 of Monticello, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Wegman Road in the town of Roscoe. Troopers responded to a homeowner’s call of an unknown vehicle parked in their driveway. When troopers arrived they observed an individual slumped over the steering wheel with the engine running. The operator of the vehicle was identified as John Bruderman. Further investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 9, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Uriel Martinez Geminiano, 34 of Poughkeepsie, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 299 in the town of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 9, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Joseph Knott, 23 of West Coxsackie, NY for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on State Route 81 in the town of Coxsackie when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed he was in possession of marihuana, a “billy club” and was impaired by drugs. During the arrest, Knott became combative, after a brief struggle with troopers, he was taken into custody. Knott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration and DWAI Drugs.

He was traveling on Maple Avenue in the village of Spring Valley when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 10, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Kenneth Maier, 29 of Goshen, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Grand Street in the village of Warwick when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 10, 2019, State Police Middletown arrested Adonis Collado-Martinez, 21 of Middletown, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17 on the town of Wallkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on John Street in the city of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 10, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Jacqueline Shkreli, 23 of Mount Vernon, NY for DWI. She was traveling West on Interstate 84 in the town of Newburgh when she was involved in a two-car vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 10, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested William Bourdon, 23 of Hurley, NY for DWI. He was traveling Wittenberg Road in the town of Woodstock when he was involved in a single car vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 10, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Joseph Shorten, 19 of Wurtsboro, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Plattekill Avenue in the town of New Paltz when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On February 10, 2019, State Police Highland arrested Liliana Hinojos-Madrid, 22 of Oysterbay, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Lloyd when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
