PUTNAM LAKE MAN ARRESTED FOR SHOPLIFTING

Putnam County Sheriff, Robert L. Langley Jr. reports the arrest of a Putnam Lake man for shoplifting. On February 3, 2019, at approximately 1:30 pm, Deputy Shawn Iarussi was dispatched to Kohl’s Department Store, located at 60 Independent Way, in the Town of Southeast, for a larceny in progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Iarussi, with the assistance of a Kohl’s Loss Prevention Employee, was able to identify the larceny suspect. Ronald Caccioippoli, age 55, of Putnam Lake, was placed under arrest by Deputy Iarussi. Mr. Caccioippoli was transported to the Putnam County Correctional Facility for arrest processing. Mr. Caccioippoli was processed and charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree ( Class E Felony). Mr. Caccioippoli was arraigned by the Honorable Justice Anthony Mole of the Town of Patterson Justice Court, on behalf of the Town of Southeast Justice Court. Justice Mole released Mr. Caccioippoli on his own recognizance, pending a future court date. Mr. Caccioippoli is scheduled to appear in the Town of Southeast Justice court, at a future date and time.
