MILLBROOK – Scott Westergard, 56 of Millbrook, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born in Sharon, Connecticut on October 2, 1962, he was the son of Robert A. and Ellen Doty Westergard.
Scott was employed as a carpenter for Westergard Carpentry in Poughkeepsie.
He is survived by his son Scott Westergard II; his grandson Malachai E. Westergard; his brother Robert Westergard; his companion Dee Dee Ozzello; his uncle and aunt Lance and Jennifer Westergard; his uncle Eddy Westergard and a myriad of artists, musicians and entertainers who called him family.
There will be a celebration of Scott’s life on Saturday, January 12 at 4 pm from the Hopewell Inn, 488 Route 376, Hopewell Junction.
