Town of East Fishkill Police Department handled a complaint from a victim stating that fraudulent purchases had been made

 

 

In late December 2018, the Town of East Fishkill Police Department handled a complaint from a victim stating that fraudulent purchases had been made on two separate credit cards belonging to them totaling over $11,000.00. An investigation into this incident was conducted by Police Officer Scott Grove with the assistance of Detective Kyle Doughty. On January 3rd 2019, Officers arrested Richard V. Marino, Age 55, charging him with multiple counts of Grand Larceny and Identity Theft. Mr. Marino, who is currently under the supervision of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision for a Robbery conviction, was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Frederick Romig and was remanded to Dutchess County Jail with no bail pending a future court date.
