State Police arrested fourteen motorists for Driving While Intoxicated and one motorist for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

On December 31, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Wladyslaw Klucznik, age 65, of Ellenville, NY for Felony DWI. He was traveling on State Route 209 in the town of Mamakating when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Klucznik had three children in the car and was charged under Leandra’s Law.
On December 31, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Ann Lee Hart, age 33, of Plattekill, NY for Felony DWI. She was traveling on Huckleberry Turnpike in the town of Plattekill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Hart had a child the car and was charged under Leandra’s Law.
On December 31, 2018, State Police Narrowsburg arrested Deanna Staerker, age 47, of Eldred, NY for Aggravated Felony DWI. She was traveling on Crawford Road in the town of Highland when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Further investigation revealed that Staerker had a previous DWI conviction in the past 10 years and was also in possession of marihuana and was charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th Degree (Misdemeanor)
On January 1, 2019, State Police Liberty arrested Emilio Vidal Lopez, 42 of Ferndale, NY for DWI. Troopers responded to a disabled vehicle on Old Route 17 in Ferndale, NY. The operator of the vehicle, Lopez, was found to be impaired by alcohol, he was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Shannah Drake, 31 of Mount Marion, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Washington Avenue in the town of Ulster when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was imparied by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Jessica Obrien, 41 of Kingston, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Washington Avenue in the city of Kingston when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was imparied by alcohol and was subsequently arrested. She was also found to be in possession of marihuana and was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. On January 1, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Kyle Pillsworth, 38 of Kingston, NY. Troopers responded to Millers Lane in the city of Kingston for report of a possible hit and run. Troopers located the suspect vehicle on Lucas Avenue. The operator of the vehicle, Pillsworth, was determined to be impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Kingston arrested Jose Espinoza Aguilar, 58 of Shokan, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Fair Street in the city of Kingston when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Marilee McNeill, 58 of Shokan, NY for DWI. She was traveling on 23B in the town of Catskill when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Coxsackie arrested Maria Tuccillo, 27 of Woodbury, NY for DWI. She was traveling on 23A in the town of Hunter when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Middletown arrested Anthony Hill, 30, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9W in the town of Newburgh when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Montgomery arrested Nastasia Killian, 27, of Newburgh, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Forsythe Place in the city of Newburgh when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Monroe arrested Kevin McNeilly, 47 of Monroe, NY for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 17A in the town of Warwick when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
On January 1, 2019, State Police Wurtsboro arrested Dwight Coombe, 25 of Grahamsville, NY for Felony DWAI. Troopers responded to Highview Terrace in the town of Mamakating for an unresponsive male in a vehicle. Investigation revealed that the operator of the vehicle, Coombe, was imparied by drugs and was subsequently arrested. Further investigation revealed that Coombe had a previous DWAI conviction within the last ten years. He was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (violation), Possession of a Hypodermic Needle (Misdemeanor) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree (Misdemeanor).
On January 1, 2019, State Police Wurtsboro arrested Zehidy Hernandez, 22 of Monticello, NY for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 17 in the town of Thompson when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
