Obituary, Ann Corrao

Ann Corrao, 84, of Pawling, NY passed away Friday, December 14, 2018, at Danbury Hospital, Danbury, CT.

Formerly of Dobbs Ferry and Yorktown Heights, Ann was born in Dobbs Ferry, NY on November 27, 1934, and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ethel (Mainelli) Yottes, and she worked as a counselor for many years.

She is survived by her six sons, R. Michael Corrao and his wife, Kathleen, William Joseph Corrao and his wife, Rose, J. David Corrao and his wife, Ginger, Thomas J. Corrao, Christopher J. Corrao and his wife, Maria, and Gordon P. Corrao and his wife, Erica; two daughters, MaryAnn Brittingham and her husband, George, and Phyllis A. Chadwick and her husband, Greg; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 21, 2018, at St. Denis Church, Sylvan Lake, NY at 11 AM. There will be a celebration of her life at Mill Creek following the church service. She had always said that she wanted a colorful and happy celebration, so please consider joining the family in wearing bright colors to honor her wishes.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ann may be made to the Pawling Resource Center, PO Box 331, Pawling, NY 12564.
