…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST MONDAY…
* WHAT…Wintry mixed precipitation expected including snow, sleet and freezing rain. The wintry mix may change to rain this afternoon but then transition to snow, sleet and possibly freezing rain Sunday night. Total snow and sleet accumulations one to three inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch are expected. The higher snow and sleet accumulations will be over the higher terrain.
* WHERE…Litchfield County, Connecticut and Dutchess and Ulster Counties in east-central New York.
* WHEN…From 4 AM Sunday to 4 AM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Light freezing rain, snow and sleet accumulations on exposed surfaces will lead to slippery conditions. Untreated roads will become slick and hazardous as well.
