Patricia Ann Curtis
KENT- Patricia Ann “Patti” Curtis, 63, formerly of Sharon, passed away on December 2, 2018, at Yale-New Haven Hospital surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and sister.
Patti was born November 1, 1955, in Newport Vermont to Dallas and Betty (Percy) Curtis who survive and reside in Pinson, AL. She was the oldest of three children, predeceased by her younger brother Edward Earl Curtis in November of 2016.
In addition to her parents, Patti is survived by her daughter Heather and husband Brian Hunt and grandson Brian “Bee” Jr. of Powder Springs, GA; her son Justin and wife Ashley Corkins and granddaughter Mackenzie Rose of Falls Village, CT; her sister Nancy and husband Andy Long of Pinson, AL, and their children, her nephew Christopher and niece Danielle Long also of Pinson, AL; and two nephews Dylan and Dallas Curtis of New York.
Patti most enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. When she wasn’t with them, she enjoyed scrapbooking their every moment. She was an avid reader and gardener. Patti was an animal lover and left behind her beloved cat Pia.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Patti’s memory to the Little Guild of St. Francis in West Cornwall, CT.
