State Police in Troop K remove thirteen impaired drivers from the roadway during the weekend of December 1, 2018

On November 30, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Michael C. Ambrosini, age 30, of Beacon, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Rock Hill Road in the town of Beacon, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On December 1, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Francesca Nastro, age 29, of Danbury, CT, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On December 1, 2018, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested John D. Fuller, age 59, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh, when he was found sleeping on the Parkway. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On December 1, 2018, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested Patrick Dantonio, age 62, of Rhinebeck, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Livingston Street in the village of Rhinebeck, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On December 2, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Trevi C. Fountain, age 31, of Los Angeles, CA, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 217 in the town of Claverack, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On December 2, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Erasmo D. Jordan Lemus, age 28, of Brewster, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in the village of Brewster, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On December 2, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Christopher M. Giannetta, age 24, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Sunset Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he crashed into a utility pole. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
