Greene County Man Arrested on Drug Charges

On November 27, 2018, the New York State Police arrested TYLER WEAVER, age 21, of Earlton, NY for three counts Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony) and one count of Criminal Sale of Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony).
The arrest was the result of a four-month long investigation into the sales of cocaine and MDMA in and around the Town of Cairo. WEAVER was arraigned before Hon. Wilhelm of the Greene County Court and was remanded to the Greene County Jail $5,000 Cash Bail / $10,000 Secured Bond.
The State Police were assisted in the investigation by the Greene County District Attorney’s Office and the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
