Northeast, New York – On November 28, 2018, the New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks investigated a rollover motor vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on State Route 22 in the town of Northeast.

At approximately 5:00 p.m., Troopers were dispatched State Route 22 in the area of Haight Road for a rollover tractor-trailer crash.  An investigation found the operator of the tractor-trailer was southbound on Route 22, and veered off the road to avoid a collision with several vehicles stopped on Route 22 waiting for a vehicle to turn left onto Haight Road.  No injuries were reported.

The Troop K Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit responded to the scene to assist with removal of the tractor trailer.  State Route 22 was closed until approximately 2:30 a.m.
