On November 21, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Joseph T. Schuster, age 22, of Stockport, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Stockport, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On November 21, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested James G. Donofrio, age 51, of North Castle, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Castle, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On November 21, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Nazarii Sorokolit, age 29, of Stamford, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Putnam Avenue in the village of Port Chester, when he was stopped during a fixed sobriety safety check point. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On November 22, 2018, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Oliver C. Tomson, age 25, of Chatham, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 203 in the town of Chatham, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On November 22, 2018, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested John C. Pavlakis, age 28, of Keene, NH, for DWI. He was traveling on Slate Quarry Road in the town of Rhinebeck, when he was involved in a one car rollover motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

On November 23, 2018, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Stephen A. Ponticello, age 22, of Rutland, VT, for DWAI Drugs, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rddegree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of New Lebanon, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On November 23, 2018, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Markis A. Rey, age 26, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, a class E felony, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, and Resisting Arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was traveling on Fishkill Avenue in the city of Beacon, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On November 24, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Jeremy Seigle, age 34, of Rhinebeck, NY, for Aggravated DWI with a previous conviction within ten years. On November 24, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Dennis G. Enriquez, age 36, of Somers, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law. He was traveling on State Route 35 in the town of Somers, when he was stopped during a fixed sobriety traffic safety checkpoint. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with a child under 13-years-old in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 35 in the town of Somers, when he was stopped during a fixed sobriety traffic safety checkpoint. On November 24, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Samantha A. Cavaliero, age 25, of North Salem, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Carmel, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On November 25, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Kristina Edwards, age 28, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On November 25, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested John Richards, age 66, of Kent, NY, for DWAI Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, Obstruction of Governmental Adminitration, and Resisting arrest, all misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for due to a request to check on his welfare after he consumed an unknown amount of medication. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, then provided medical treatment, and later arrested.
On November 25, 2018, State Police from SP Lagrangeville arrested Carlos M. Aguilar Breton, age 28, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Lagrange, when he was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
