Arlington High School Placed on Lockdown – UPDATE

Town of LaGrange, Dutchess County New York – A student has been arrested as a result of the incident that prompted the Arlington High School to be placed in a lockdown earlier today.
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has charged a 15 year old male student with falsely reporting an incident. The youth has been referred to Family Court for further action.

Although it was determined that there was no imminent threat, school officials and sheriff’s deputies remained visible for the remainder of the school day to ensure the safety of all the students and staff in the building.
