Gallery Exhibit to Feature Ceramics by SUNY Instructors

April 2, 2015 – An exhibit called “Crafting Community” will be displayed in DCC’s Mildred I. Washington Art Gallery between April 6 and May 8.

The exhibit will include the work of ceramics instructors who teach in State University of New York institutions. The show will be curated by DCC ceramics instructors Leigh Williams and Christine Owen.

An opening reception, which is free and open to the public, will be held April 8 at 5 p.m.

The gallery is in the Allyn J. Washington Center for Science and Art. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
