On September 14, 2018, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Ann P. Scianna, age 58, of East Fishkill, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Noxon Road in the town of Lagrange when she was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 14, 2018, State Police from SP Rhinebeck arrested William M. Jornov, age 62, of Clermont, NY, for DWAI Drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation. He was traveling on State Route 199 in the town of Rhinebeck when he was interviewed during a fixed DWI safety road check. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 14, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Danielle L. Defraia, age 32, of Pleasant Valley, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on the State Route 199 in the town of Rhinebeck when she was interviewed during a fixed DWI safety road check. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 14, 2018, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Joseph A. Antenucci, age 62, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Poughkeepsie when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 14, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Thomas L. Darling, age 59, of Chatham, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 66 in the village of Chatham when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 14, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Marco T. Gonzalez-Borja, age 41, of Brewster, NY, for DWI. He was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash in the parking lot of Xtra Mart in the village of Brewster. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Kevin M. Breen, age 53, of Stockport, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Stockport when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Brett S. Anspach, age 40, of Red Hook, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 308 in the town of Rhinebeck when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Yorktown when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Natalie A. Siedlecki, age 47, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Apple Blossom Lane in the town of Wappinger when she went off the roadway and struck a utility pole. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Matthew L. Rooney, age 29, of Brewster, NY, for DWI with a Prior Conviction within ten years, a class E felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, class A misdemeanor. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested. Additional investigation found he was in possession of a small quantity of cocaine.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Eddie J. Frazier, age 43, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt when he stopped to defecate on the side of the roadway. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Miguel A. Cintron, age 52, of Bronx, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Lagrange when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Luis V. Barreto Angamarca, age 26, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Furnace Dock Road in the town of Cortlandt when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 15, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Stephen N. Parrett, age 54, of Norwalk, CT, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on the Smith Ridge Road in the town of Lewisboro when he was found stuck in an unrelated person’s front yard while attempting to make a U-turn. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. On September 16, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Kyron K. Nicole, age 38, of Jersey City, NJ, for DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Mount Pleasant when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 16, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Joseph J. Ortiz, age 57, of New Fairfield, CT, for DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Southeast when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 16, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Thomas J. Usher, age 52, of Beekman, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 376 in the town of East Fishkill when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 16, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Amanda A. Deagan, age 25, of Cortlandt Manor, NY, for DWAI Drugs with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Mount Pleasant when she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 16, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Carlin J. Keegan, age 17, of Austerlitz, NY, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on State Route 66 in the town of Ghent when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
On September 17, 2018, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Frank J. Roberts, age 19, of Pleasant Valley, NY, for DWAI Drugs. He was found sleeping on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Pleasant Valley, in his vehicle. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
