Norma Jean Catalano, 87, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 at The Grand at Pawling, Pawling, NY.
An 18-year resident of Poughkeepsie, NY, she was born in Corning, NY to the late Norman and Mary (Slava) Hazen.
Norma, a hard-working mother and an avid reader, worked in quality control at IBM, East Fishkill, NY, while raising three sons on her own, without any help from anyone.
She is survived by her three sons, David of Highland, NY, Joseph of Verbank, NY, and Anthony and his wife, Kathy, of Wappingers Falls, NY; three granddaughters, Joanna Reedman and April & Christina Catalano; and a great-granddaughter, Sara Jean Reedman.
She is predeceased by her son, Joseph, and brother, Tommy Hazen.
Arrangements were private under the direction of the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling, NY.
