NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for the services of a Planner for the proposed rezoning of Route 22 in the Town of Pawling will be received by the Town of Pawling, at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Pawling, 160 Charles Coleman Boulevard until 11: 00 a.m. on Monday, October 1, 2018, and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of information for those submitting proposals ( hereinafter, ” bidders”), including information for bidders, specifications, non-collusive bidding certification, and other documents included as part of this request for proposals ( RFP) may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall. This information will also be posted on the Town of Pawling website at http://pawling.org

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with all required proposal documents, at the above address and must bear on the face thereof, the name and address of the Applicant and In the inscription: ” Response to Pawling RFP for Town Planner for Rezoning of Route 22″

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any request for proposal in the interest of the Town.

STATEMENT OF NON-COLLUSION:

Bidders on the Contracts are required to execute a non-collusion bidding certificate pursuant to Section 103( d) of the General Municipal Law of the State ofNew York.

STATEMENT OF EQUALITY

The Town of Pawling hereby notifies all persons submitting proposals that it will affirmatively insure that in regard to any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, qualified bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit request for proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or marital status in consideration for an award.
