On 03/29/15, Troopers from SP Wurtsboro arrested 21 year-old HERMANN A. GUTIERREZ of Newburgh, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated after Troopers stopped him for speeding at 106mph in a 65 mph zone on State Route 17 in the Town of Thompson. He was released on tickets and is due back in Thompson town court on April 1st, 2015 at 4:00pm.
