On July 13, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Jason Hahnen, age 42, of Union City, NJ, for DWI with a previous conviction, a class E felony, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration, both class A misdemeanors. He was involved in a domestic dispute at a residence on Harmon Road in the town of Patterson, NY, and was stopped in order to be interviewed. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 13, 2018, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Robert W. Evans Jr., age 61, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Wappinger when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 13, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Wilson Supliguicha, age 42, of Danbury, CT, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 14, 2018, State Police from SP Livingston arrested Kaushal Chinnusamy, age 28, of Hudson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Atlantic Avenue in the town of Stockport, NY, when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 14, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Dery Duarte Ipina, age 27, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Albany Post Road in the town of Cortlandt, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 14, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Ricardo Zambrano Espinoza, age 23, of Jersey City, NJ, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 14, 2018, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Jaime L. Arroyo, age 27, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Lagrange, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 14, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Erik A. Villafane, age 28, of Newburgh, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Lexington Avenue in the town of Cortlandt, NY, when he left the roadway and crashed into a building. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 14, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Juan P. Chimbo Villazhinay, age 30, of Ossining, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 118 in the town of Somers, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 14, 2018, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Luis A. Sanchez II, age 27, of Queens, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the village of Elmsford, NY, when he was involved in a property damage motor vehicle collision. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs, and was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Lagrange, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. On July 15, 2018, State Police from SP New Lebanon arrested Benjamin A. Brickle, age 30, of Pittsfield, MA, for Leandra’s Law Aggravated DWI, an E felony. He was traveling on State Route 20 in the town of New Lebanon, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation with a child in the vehicle. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 15, 2018, State Police from SP Somers arrested Luis Nugra Guzman, age 39, of Danbury, CT, for Leandra’s Law Aggravated DWI, an E felony. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Salem, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation with children in the vehicle. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 15, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Aladino B. Maldonado Guzman, age 25, of Ossining, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
On July 15, 2018, State Police from SP Brewster arrested John D. Woytowicz, age 60, of Greenwich, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, NY, when he struck a State Police vehicle with its emergency lights active conducting an unrelated traffic stop on the shoulder of the road. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
