Putnam Valley, New York – On June 19, 2018, the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Anthony J. Massaro, age 33, of Lake Peekskill, NY, for Resisting Arrest, a class A misdemeanor, Public Lewdness, a class B misdemeanor, Disorderly Conduct, and Exposure of a Person, both violations.

On June 19, 2018, at approximately 9:17 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to Tanglewylde Road in the town of Putnam Valley by Putnam County 911 for a report of an unknown disturbance.  Once on scene Troopers found a highly intoxicated Massaro face down on the ground, and screaming for help.  When Troopers attempted to assist Massaro, he began to undress himself and become combative.  While partially undressed Massaro attempted to run onto the public roadway, but was taken into custody by Troopers.

Massaro was issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Putnam Valley Court on July 7, 2018, at 9:30 a.m., and released to a responsible third party.
