PRESS RELEASE

03/25/15 – The New York State Police – Highland BCI announce the arrest of 47 year old, Todd Hunter, of Newburgh, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree, a class D Felony.

Investigation conducted by the New York State Police – SP Highland BCI, revealed that Todd Hunter deposited a forged check from the closed account of another, into his personal account at a bank located in the Town of Newburgh.

Hunter was arraigned before Judge Martini in the Town of Newburgh Court and was subsequently remanded to Orange County Jail on $1500 Cash / $5,000 bond. Hunter is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Newburgh Court on 03/26/15 at 3pm.
