Wappingers Falls, New York – On February 1, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks charged Michael J. Paolino Jr., 51 years old, of Beacon, New York, with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

While on patrol, Troopers encountered a vehicle stopped at a green signal located at the intersection of Route 9 and East Main Street in the Village of Wappingers Falls.

The vehicle started to move southbound on Route 9 and was unable to maintain its lane of travel. Police stopped the vehicle and interview the driver who identified himself as Paolino. Investigation revealed that Paolino was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Paolino was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Village of Wappingers Falls Court on February 12, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
