TOWN OF LLOYD POLICE REPORT THE ARREST OF THE FOLLOWING:
DWAYNE F. LIGUORI age: 56
Pleasant Valley, NY
Liguori was arrested May 10th and charged with Petit Larceny. He is accused of stealing approximately $30.00 worth of merchandise from the Hannaford Store in Highland. Liguori was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Elia and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,500 insurance bond. Liguori is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 17, 2018.
MICHAEL E. GOES age: 31
Highland, NY
Goes was arrested May 13th and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Menacing 2nd degree after he was involved in a domestic dispute. He was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Rizzo and released. Goes is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 15, 2018.
JOSEPH M. PLACE age: 43
Highland, NY
Place was arrested May 11th and charged with felony Grand Larceny 4th degree and felony Scheme to Defraud 1st degree. He is accused of defrauding two people over a false business transaction. He was arraigned before Town of Plattekill Judge Maciocia and released. Place is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 15, 2018.
ALANIA L. RELAFORD age: 23
Highland, NY
Relaford was arrested May 10th on an Orange County Probation Violation Warrant. She was arrested and turned over to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department on the warrant.
KIMBERLY B. GREER age: 23
Amenia, NY
Greer was arrested May 09th on a bench warrant for Driving While Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. She was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Rizzo and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $780 cash bail, or $1,500 insurance bond. Greer is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court later this month.
FRANCISCO VALLADARES age: 52
Poughkeepsie, NY
Valladares was arrested May 12th and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after he was found passed out in his running vehicle in the parking lot of the Rite Aid store in Highland. He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 17, 2018.
MICHELE P. KUSMUCK age: 52
Highland, NY
Kusmuck was arrested May 12th and charged with Petit Larceny. She is accused of stealing approximately $40.00 worth of merchandise from the Hannaford Store in Highland. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 31, 2018.
JORDAN J. REYES age: 19
Newburgh, NY
Reyes was arrested May 11th and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Rt. 9W in Highland. Reyes was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Rizzo and released. He is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 15, 2018.
