Eight motorists for Driving While Impaired

On May 1, 2018, State Police Highland arrested Dylan Zimmerman, 24 of New Paltz, NY for DWAI Drugs. Troopers observed a vehicle on State Route 299 in the town of Lloyd drive off the roadway and into a ditch. Troopers checked on the welfare of the driver and determined him to be impaired by drugs. Zimmerman was subsequently arrested.

On May 1, 2018, State Police Liberty arrested Michael Wilson, 23 of Neversink, NY for DWAI Drugs. Troopers responded to a local motel for a report of a male possibly doing drugs in his vehicle. Troopers observed Michael Wilson sitting outside of the vehicle. An investigation determined that he was impaired by drugs. Troopers reviewed the surveillance video at the hotel and observed Wilson operating the vehicle. Wilson was subsequently arrested.

On May 1, 2018, State Police Coxsackie arrested Michael Gogger, 41 of Coxsackie, NY for DWI. He was traveling on County Route 9W in the town of Coxsackie when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 1, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Tamyca Davis, 22 of Port Jervis, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Academy Avenue in the city of Middletown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 1, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Jimmy Boursiquot, 36 of West Haverstraw, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Haverstraw when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 2, 2018, State Police Haverstraw arrested Roman Kaleda, 35 of Jackson Heights, NY for DWI. He was traveling on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the town of Haverstraw when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 2, 2018, State Police Greenville (Orange County) arrested Jennifer Weatherly, 44 of Port Jervis, NY for DWI. She was traveling on Jersey Avenue in the city of Port Jervis when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.

On May 2, 2018, State Police Wurtsboro arrested Harold Lewis, 55 of Port Jervis, NY for DWI. He was traveling on Academy Avenue in the town of Mamakating when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
