State Police arrest Middletown woman for controlled substance possession.

On May 1, 2018 State Police at Wurtsboro charged Niki Capaci, 35, of Middletown NY with 5 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th degree (Class A Misdemeanors) 1 count of Possession of a Hypodermic instrument, and 1 count of a Controlled substance not in its original container. Subsequent to a probable cause search, Capaci was found to be in possession of Suboxone sublingual film, heroin, Oxycodone, Amphetamine salts, and several hypodermic needles. Capaci was transported to SP Wurtsboro where she was processed.

Capaci was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Mamakating Court May 10^th, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
