Seven New Independent Progressive Grassroots & Democratic Party Groups in Putnam & Westchester Endorse Robert Kesten
New Endorsements Show Increased Momentum for NYS SD 40 Campaign
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – A new group of seven Democratic Party political and independent progressive grassroots groups based in Putnam and Westchester counties have endorsed Democratic candidateRobert Kesten in the New York State Senate District 40 race against Republican incumbent Terrence Murphy.
The new endorsements from the Mt. Pleasant Democratic Committee, New Castle Democratic Committee, Patterson Democratic Committee, Pound Ridge Democratic Committee, Putnam Progressives, up2us and Voices Rising follow previous endorsements by the Beekman Democratic Committee, Briarcliff Ossining Indivisible, CCoHOPE Indivisible, CD17 Indivisible, Cortlandt Democratic Committee the Democratic Club of North Salem, Harmony Huddle of Pawling, Indivisible Yorktown NY and the Lewisboro Democratic Town Committee, indicating growing support for change by voters of various political parties to elect Kesten to New York State’s Senate.
