Brewster Resident Arrested for Exposure of a Person

 

On February 18, 2018, at about 5:03 p.m. Deputy Sheriff Christopher Tompkins, on routine patrol on Main Street in the Village of Brewster, observed 54-year-old, Brewster resident, Heminio Carranza-Vasquez urinating on the sidewalk. As Deputy Tompkins approached, Mr. Carranza-Vasquez turned while still urinating, in plain view of passing motorists and pedestrians.

Mr. Carranza-Vasquez was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Exposure of a Person and released without bail.

He is due in the Village of Brewster Court at a later date.
