Beekman man arrested for sexual conduct with a child

Beekman, New York – On January 31, 2018, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Patrick J. Mulcahy Jr., age 44, of Beekman, for Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the 2nd degree, a class D felony.

On January 31, 2018, Troopers received a complaint of sexual conduct with a victim under the age of thirteen years.  An investigation found that Mulcahy had engaged in a course of sexual conduct with the victim in the town of Beekman.

Mulcahy was arraigned before the town of East Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.  Mulcahy is next scheduled to appear before the town of Beekman Court on February 6, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
