Stuyvesant, New York – On November 28, 2017 the New York State Police from the Kinderhook barracks and Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested, Sabrina E. Rawlins, age 31, of Stuyvesant, for Assault in the 3rd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Class A Misdemeanors.

Troopers received a complaint of possible abuse on November 27, 2017, at SP Kinderhook.  Investigation on the behalf of Kinderhook Troopers and Investigators from the Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation found Rawlins had extinguished cigarettes on the hands of a seven-year-old child.

Rawlins was arraigned before the Town of Stuyvesant Justice Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
