Warwick man arrested for Possession of an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child

PRESS RELEASE
On March 17, 2105 the New York State Police in Monroe arrested Hai SUN, age 40, of Warwick, NY for the felony charge of Possession of an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child.
Information was obtained by the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit that Hai SUN was downloading indecent images of children through an internet file sharing program. A Search Warrant was obtained and executed by the State Police his residence on Main Street in the Village of Warwick which resulted in the seizure of numerous files of child pornography.
Hai SUN was arraigned before Town of Warwick Justice Barlett where he posted $2,500.00 bail.
