PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police in Kingston report the arrest of KATHLEEN CARLISLE, age 48 of Kingston, N.Y. for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (Class D Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor), Manufacturing of Drug Related Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor) and Possessing a Controlled Substance Outside of its Original Container (Violation).
CARLISLE was arrested subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop on Washington Avenue in the City of Kingston. CARLISLE was found to be in possession of over 1 gram of Amphetamine/Dextroamphetamine, .5 gram of Diazepam, over 1.5 grams of crack cocaine and two glass pipes containing cocaine and crack cocaine residue.
CARLISLE was arraigned before the Town of Ulster Court before Town Justice Kesick and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.
