Fishkill man arrested following public lewdness complaint

Fishkill, New York – On 03/16/15, the New York State Police in Wappinger arrested Anthony Laduca, 50, of Fishkill, NY, on charges of Public Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both misdemeanors.
On 03/12/15, at approximately 8:30 pm, SP Wappinger was contacted by two separate complainants, one being a minor, who reported that Laduca exposed his bare genitals to them in the parking lot of the Shop Rite located at 738 Route 9 in the Village of Fishkill.
Laduca was issued an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Village of Fishkill Court on 03/23/15 at 9:00 am. Anyone who may have had contact with Laduca and been subjected to lewd conduct is asked to contact Investigator Matthew Manza at (845)298-0952.
