Poughkeepsie man arrested for attempted grand larceny

On Thursday March 12, 2015 the New York State Police in Catskill arrested Keith Martin, age 32, of Poughkeepsie, NY for the misdemeanor charge of Attempted Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree.

In October of 2014, the New York State Police investigated the attempted larceny of a pellet stove from the Home Depot in the Town of Catskill. The investigation revealed that Martin attempted to removed the pellet stove without paying the purchase price of the pellet stove.

Martin was processed and issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Catskill Court on March 19th, 2015.
