Putnam County Youth Bureau Pegasus Program begins on Oct. 12 from 6-7:30pm at the Putnam Co. Youth Bureau. A free confidential program for children ages 6-12, who have a parent or family member suffering from alcoholism or other drug dependencies. Pre-registration required.
