Arrest: Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Susan J. White, 39 years old, of Kingston, NY.
Ms. White was charged with the Misdemeanor of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and various traffic infractions.
On March 13, 2015 at approximately 11:30 PM, Deputies observed Ms. White operating a motor vehicle on Route 209 in the Town of Ulster without any license plate lamps as well as traveling under the posted speed limit. Through investigation, it was determined that Ms. White was under the influence of cocaine while operating the motor vehicle.
Ms. White was processed and released to appear in the Town of Ulster Court on March 25, 2015 at 2:00 PM.
