DCC Gallery to Exhibit Student Art

 

August 31, 2017 – Artwork created by Dutchess Community College students this spring and summer will be on display until Sept. 22 in the College’s Mildred I. Washington Art Gallery. The exhibit is free and open to the public. It features photography, typography, fashion illustration, ceramics, calligraphy, drawings, paintings and more.

An opening reception, also free and open to the public, will be held Sept. 6 at 5 p.m.

The gallery is in the Allyn J. Washington Center for Science and Art on DCC’s main Poughkeepsie campus. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
