PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police in Kingston report the arrest of Thomas M. Tati Jr, age 49 of Port Ewen, N.Y. for Grand Larceny 3rd (Class D Felony), Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st and Falsifying Business Records 1st (both Class E Felonies).
Thomas M. tati Jr. was arrested as a result of a joint investigation conducted by the New York State Department of Labor and the New York State Police. Tati was arrested for receiving $4,050.00 in unemployment benefits in which he was not entitled to.
Tati was processed on the above charges and released to appear before the Town of Ulster Court on a later date.
