Pawling woman charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Somers, New York – On March 7, 2015, New York State Police from the Somers barracks charged 31-year-old Michelle Baron, of Pawling, New York, with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers responded to a report of a disabled vehicle stuck in a snow bank in the area of the Somers Library, located on State Route 139. Investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Baron, was intoxicated.

Baron furnished a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .17%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxicated. She was issued traffic tickets ordering her to appear before the Town of Somers Court on March 23, 2015.
