Anna Marie Maillet, also known as “Peanut”, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 at Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT at the age of 65.
Born in Mahopac, NY on June 19, 1952, she was the daughter of William Barrett of Patterson, NY and the late Frances (Mill) Barrett, and the wife of the late Edward Maillet.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her son Edward Maillet and his wife Melissa of Stuyvesant, NY and her daughter Tara Izzo and her husband Dominick of Pawling; five grandchildren, Elias Maillet and Dustine, Mystique, Michela, and Ezekiel Izzo; her brother, Gary Barrett of Rhienbeck, NY and two sisters, Kimberly McDonough of Brewster and Tina Turturici of Holmes; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is predeceased by her brother, William Barrett, Jr.
Friends may call at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling, Thursday, June 29th 2-4 and 6-8 PM, with a funeral service being conducted at 7:30 PM.
Burial will be Friday, June 30th at 10 AM at Union Cemetery, Carmel-Kent Cliffs Road, NYS Route 301, Kent, NY.
